1. Who we are and acceptance

These Terms of use, together with the Disclaimer and Privacy policy, form the agreement between you and us. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to use the Site.

2. Definitions

• Content means all text, data, tables, charts, code and design on the Site.
• Sample data means fictional companies and figures shown for demonstration or testing. Sample data is labelled as such and describes no real issuer.
• Grey market data means grey market premium, Kostak and Subject-to-Sauda rates and any figure derived from them, such as estimated listing price or expected gain.
• Third-party reviews means summaries of research published by parties other than us and attributed to them on the Site.

3. Information only, not advice

The Site provides general information about public issues, buybacks and related market activity for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on the Site is investment advice, a research report, a recommendation, a solicitation or an offer to buy or sell any security. We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser or research analyst and we do not provide personalised advice. Any decision to apply for, buy, hold or sell securities is yours alone and should be made after reading the offer documents and, where appropriate, consulting a SEBI-registered adviser.

Investment in securities market are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing.

4. Third-party reviews and ratings

Where the Site summarises reviews, ratings or verdicts, these belong to the named source. We do not endorse them, verify their methodology or update them when the source changes its view. Registration granted by SEBI and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors. Any securities quoted on the Site are for illustration only and are not recommendatory.

5. Grey market data

The grey market is an unofficial, unregulated market that operates outside the framework of SEBI and the stock exchanges. Grey market data on the Site is compiled from market sources for information only. It is not endorsed by SEBI, NSE or BSE, is no indication or guarantee of the listing price, and may be inaccurate, stale or manipulated. We do not deal in, arrange, encourage or facilitate grey market or off-market transactions in unlisted securities, and you agree not to use the Site for that purpose.

6. Accuracy, timeliness and availability

We try to keep Content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, error-free or up to date. Figures may be delayed, rounded, provisional or, in a demonstration build, entirely fictional sample data. Dates are taken from issue documents and may change. Always verify against the red herring prospectus, exchange announcements and the registrar. The Site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

7. Your responsibilities

• Use the Site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Do not scrape, crawl, copy, republish, resell or redistribute Content at scale without our written permission.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code or misrepresent your identity.
• Do not use the Site to solicit, arrange or settle grey market or other unlawful transactions.
• Never share your PAN, OTP, UPI PIN or account credentials with anyone claiming to act for the Site. We will never ask for them.

8. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, code, compilations, text and the IPOKhazana name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Issue documents, exchange data and third-party research remain the property of their respective owners. You may view and print pages for personal use; all other rights are reserved.

9. Third-party links

The Site links to registrars, exchanges, regulators, brokers and other external websites. These are provided for convenience. We do not control them, are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

10. No warranty and limitation of liability

The Site and its Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our directors, employees and contributors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, including loss of profit, arising from your use of or reliance on the Site, any investment decision you make, or any interruption or error in the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us to use the Site in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

12. Advertising and sponsorship

Any sponsored content or advertising on the Site is labelled as such and is kept out of data tables. Advertisers have no influence over the data we display.

13. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

14. Changes and termination

We may change these terms, the Site or any feature at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a new effective date. We may suspend or terminate access to anyone who breaches these terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction
