How a grievance is handled

Email the Grievance Officer with your name, contact details, the page or feature concerned, and what you would like done. Attach screenshots if useful.
You receive an acknowledgement with a reference number within 24 hours.
Complaints about content on the Site are resolved within 15 days of receipt, in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
Requests concerning your personal data are handled under our Privacy policy and resolved within the period prescribed by law, and in any event within 90 days.
You receive a written response explaining what was done and why.

If you are not satisfied

For personal-data matters, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India after exhausting our grievance process.
For complaints against a SEBI-registered intermediary such as a broker, registrar, merchant banker or research analyst, use SEBI's online complaint system SCORES (scores.sebi.gov.in) or the SEBI toll-free helpline. IPOKhazana is not a SEBI-registered intermediary and cannot resolve issues with your application, allotment, refund or demat credit; those lie with your broker, bank and the registrar.
For unfair trade practices or consumer disputes, the consumer forums under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain available to you.

Please do not send us

Your PAN, demat account number, UPI PIN, OTPs, bank details or application numbers. We do not need them and cannot act on them. Anyone asking for these while claiming to represent IPOKhazana is not from us.
